How Do I Place An Order?

You can order quickly and easily through tkobeatdown.com. TKOBeatdown accepts and delivers within the United States and selected international locations. For more information on International Shipments, see email me at TKOBeatdown@gmail.com

*You must be at least 13 years of age to make an online purchase.

Standard Shipping combines the capabilities of UPS, USPS, and several regional carriers to deliver packages to you more efficiently.

This will allow packages to arrive on Saturday as well as any other business day. Tracking is available through your confirmation or shipment emails, and will indicate the estimated delivery date.

SHIPPING RATES AND POLICIES

TKOBeatdown ships to contiguous U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please be aware that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

FREE Shipping Promotions

Orders over $150.00 are eligible for free shipping.
Orders qualifying for FREE or discounted shipping promotions are shipped via our Standard service only.
FREE or discounted shipping is available in the contiguous U.S. states only, and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and oversized packages.

TKOBeatdown ORDer Processing Time

Providing you with world class service is the ultimate goal! Your beatdown robe is alternated based on your length selection, and the packaging that your robe will arrive in is handmade, so to ensure your beatdown robe gets to each of you in knockout condition, please allow 5-7 business days to prepare your order, and 3-5 business days for transit time.

Processing time includes the time when your shipping label is created until it is

picked up and scanned by your shipping carrier.

International shipments range from 1-6 weeks depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post office.

*Please be aware that once the your beatdown robe has been dropped off and shipping/tracking number has been provided to the email address given during checkout, TKOBeatdown is not responsible for your package being lost, stolen, your misplaced during transit by carrier.

*Business days for TKOBeatdown are Tuesday - Saturday & Date of purchase does not count as Day 1

For Successfully Submitted Orders

Orders placed with credit/ debit Card

Your financial institution will place a temporary hold on the funds for your order as it processes. This is not a charge and the hold will be released once your order has shipped.

You may receive more than one shipment notice as items in your order ship, but you will not be charged until we send you the final shipment notice. Once you receive the final shipment notice, your card will be charged and the temporary hold will be released.

You will only be charged for items that have shipped. Any item(s) that are cancelled and/or can no longer be shipped will not be charged and your final shipment notice will contain an adjusted price.

Once you submit your order, the funds will immediately be deducted from your debit or credit card.

For Unsuccessfully Submitted Orders Placed with credit/ debit

Fully cancelled orders:

- Your financial institution will place a temporary hold on your card for the amount of the order when:
  - An order is attempted, but not successfully submitted
  - The order is ultimately fully cancelled
- The temporary hold is in anticipation of the order being shipped. You won't be charged for an unsuccessful order submission and the temporary hold will expire automatically within the timeframe set by your financial institution.
- If your order has been fully cancelled, the temporary hold will expire automatically within the timeframe set by your financial institution.

Security:

For your own security, you won't be able to submit an order on TKOBeatdown.com if the billing address, credit card expiration date and/or security code doesn't match your credit card statement.

TKOBeatdown.com requires you to enter the correct security code with every purchase. We will not remember your security code

Tax

Applicable sales tax will be applied to your TKOBeatdown.com order in accordance with state and local laws, and an estimated tax amount will be reflected in the order summary before checkout. The tax rate is determined by several factors including, and not limited to, the items purchased, the ship-to destination and the ship-from location. Please note that your order's ship-from location can change between the time your order is placed and when it ships, which may result in a sales tax charge that differs from the original estimate. .

Afterpay

Afterpay will be available at a later date. Pay for your purchase over 4 equal installments, due every two weeks. You'll pay your first installment at the time of purchase, and the remainder over time.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds are not offered at this time.

Missing Packages

All packages are insured with USPS & We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, If your package appears to be lost please fill out a claim at: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
