I am located on the southwest of the Houston, TX(Near Hwy 6 S)📍
Work Hours:
Tuesday- Friday: 5:30pm-9:30pm
Saturday: 10:00am-6:30pm
🚨 Any appointments before or after business hours will be an extra $65.00. 🚨

I will confirm the After Hours payment of $65.00 has been received before accepting your appointment.
Your beatdown session will be cancelled if the After Hours fee if not paid.
Beatdown Availability
Beatdown Bookings for the following month will open up on the 14th of every month at 6pm (for example September makeup bookings will open up on the 14th of August)
Sundays and Mondays are my off days. Therefore, all Sundays and Mondays appointments must be booked under “TKOBeatdown Off Days Appointments” Category!
Sunday/Monday Appointments are $150.00

Courtesy Rules
-Due to COVID 19, please avoid bringing any extra people. Any extras will be kindly asked to leave. Space is very limited.
-Please come at your scheduled Beatdown time.
-If you're running late, please notify me ahead of time and not at the exact time of your appointment
-Please be mindful that there is also a late fee of $25.00 after 10 minutes.
*After the 10 minutes are up, your appointment will automatically be cancelled.
- Photo I.D will be REQUIRED when booking! Make sure your face matches the photo on your I.D.
-PLEASE do not call me on the day of your appointment asking for the address because if I'm not able to respond early enough and you miss your appointment, you'll still be held responsible for the beatdown session
Please have eyebrows groomed prior to appointment.
Please arrive with a clean face, and unwanted facial hair removed.
Please plan travel time accordingly, this way we ensure you can enjoy every minute of your beatdown session.
DEposits/ Rescheduling / Cancellations
•Please be deposit ready! I am not able to hold on appointment for you without deposit being made.
- You are responsible for paying a non-refundable/ non-transferable deposit of $50.00 via to secure your appointment, unless your booking an appointment on days off.
Your deposit needs to be received within 24 hrs of your initial request.
If your $50.00 deposit has not been received, your appointment will be cancelled.
Deposits can be sent via ZELLE OR PayPal: TKOBeatdown@gmail.com within 24hrs on initial appointment request.
*Please Note*
When booking a beatdown session DO NOT checkout via Stripe
This will cause an issue with your deposit and could lead to cancellation of beatdown session.
- The deposit paid will be credited towards the total amount of your beatdown session, with the remaining balance being due in CASH or through Zelle/PayPal: tkobeatdown@gmail.com

Please Note* APPOINTMENT Request WILL BE VOIDED WITHIN 24HRS IF DEPOSIT ISNT Received from initial session request!
-Please enter correct email address/contact information because after completing your deposit for your beatdown session, you will receive a confirmation email that provides my phone number and full address where your Beatdown session will be held, and I'll be able to communicate with you regarding your appointment.
*Please note, I am not responsible for any miscommunication regarding your appointment due to you not reading/responding to your email, or incorrect contact information being entered*
- Same day cancellations cannot be rescheduled and will not be refunded. In case of a same day cancellation your card entered will be charged full amount of the beatdown session you requested.
-If you need to reschedule an appointment, please do so 24hrs prior to your appointment… if proper notice is given (stated time above) your deposit can be transferred once to an appointment within the SAME month, Once a new month begins, you’ll be required to book another appointment with a new deposit.
-You cannot switch appointments with someone who does not already have an appointment with me. Unless they are booked on the same day and you are unable to make it, they can not take your appointment!
No Call, No Shows will result in you being banned from booking with TKOBeatdown in the future.
TRAVEL FEE
Yes, I do travel within the surrounding Houston area.
There is a flat travel fee of $150.00 for parties of 4 or more
